MAIN ALFA RUN COURSE

Registration opens at 8 am, so we recommend you check in immediately upon arrival. During the check-in you will receive your start control wristband to put on your wrist and a bandana. Participants who run for time will receive an additional timing watch and a participant number. Registration for each start closes 30 minutes before the start.

If you change your participant details or the course, please contact “Information”.

Bring your ticket and ID/passport (together with parental consent if aged 14-17).

Prizes are awarded to the first three runners in the women’s and men’s categories separately.

DON’T SKIP: warm-up before the start and breathing practice

Before the start, our Alpha Runner will invite you to do a warm-up to prepare your muscles for the run. You will also have the opportunity to practice breathing together with our professional RE.FORMATAS coaches to calm your racing thoughts and focus on the goal. The breathing practice will take place 25 minutes before each start.

Warm-up is crucial to reach the finish line, so don’t miss it!

We have set up a special ALFA RUN HERO nomination that will be awarded to the participants of each start.

Be ready: dress up colourfully, impersonate your childhood hero and get a gift.

At this event, you will not only take a mud bath on the course, but also play FOOTBALL IN THE MUD. There will be lots of laughter and mud. All you have to do is get a team together, register and get going.

IMPORTANT:

• Registration of your team for this activity is only possible upon arrival at the event. Registration will take place from 9am in the Information Tent.
• The team must consist of 5 people.
• Please come up with a team name before registering.
• Duration of the game: 20 min.
• Number of teams is limited.

CHILDS’ COURSE ALFA RUN MINI

• Childs’ course opened 10 am – 2 pm
• Registration opens 9 am. The child must be accompanied by an adult.
• Carry a valid child ticket.
• When you arrive at the reception, you can choose the time that suits you and register your child for the run.
• Group starts every half hour.
